Tommy Four Seven’s sets at Drugstore remain some of the most memorable techno parties in our club. As one of the eclectic voices of today’s techno, Tommy celebrates 15 years on the electronic music scene in 2019. On 47, Tommy has released music by Ancient Methods, Phase Fatale, SNTS, Headless Horseman and Oake. Three years ago he started the Numerology event series, located in the vaults of a former coin factory in Berlin which had Broken English Club, Demdike Stare, Paula Temple, Shackleton and Surgeon as guests. This year, as the 20th release on 47, Tommy’s second album ‘Veer’ will see the light of day. Drugstore party comes within an extensive album tour including dates at Shelter in Amsterdam, Revive Festival in Warsaw, Berghain in Berlin, Fabric in London, HEX in Barcelona, WAS in Utrecht and Knockdown Centre in Brooklyn.

Drugstore resident DJ 33.10.3402 has released music on Ron Morelli’s L.I.E.S, Music From Memory’s sister label Second Circle, Lovefingers’ ESP Institute, Kunstkopf and Prins Thomas’ Internasjonal. Ali Güney is a Belgrade-based and Izmir-born DJ who has taken his eclectic selection and love for all dance into a contemporary danger zone recently. Bring your body.

Benjamin Hanoben lives in Berlin but he’s originally from Bosnia. Last summer, in collaboration with André P. Fischer, he released what turned out to be a Belgrade fav, the omnipresent ADSX & Hanoben – Scream, on Hugo Capablanca’s Discos Capablanca. Benji’s world is full of backwards tanz, somersault house, tropical space horror, vaseline disco and animal sounds. His soundcloud is overflowing with mixes transcending genres and dating back to the beginning of nineties. This February, another DJ Hanoben aka Benji DF collab with ADSX saw the light of day. “Dreifaltigkeit” edit has been released next to Smagghe & Cross, Tom Bolas and Schmoltz on Italian Duca Bianco label. Perfect pervy Draculish vocals and immaculately enhanced disco arrangement. A part of the dopest posse with Loud-E & Hugo Capablanca. Super unpredictable.

For aspiring DJs and producers, or indeed anyone who appreciates a good story, the genesis of Palms Trax couldn’t have read any dreamier. You know the one; curious yet naive son of the English Riviera lands a job at one of London’s leading record stores and discovers the masters of Chicago house and Detroit techno. Later, stumbling around Berlin, his primitive attempts to emulate the sound of his newfound heroes accidentally land him a bona fide dance floor hit. A gradual but steady stream of EPs courtesy of Dutch dance music powerhouse Dekmantel have allowed his productions to blossom in richer, smoother directions. On 2015’s ‘In Gold’ EP, and throughout the following year’s ‘High Point on Low Ground’, halcyon hallmarks of house – euphoric piano lines, bubbling acid and luminescent keys – are shot through with Donaldson’s tough, distinctive percussion.

Sometimes you are visiting an event and you realize that the DJ’s extremely varied selection and mixing technique is actually very, very good. So far nothing really extraordinary – but what if we told you that this DJ was only 17 years old? You can already imagine the surprise on our face at this first encounter with AliA. In the meantime, this lady has just surpassed the legal driving age of 18, but her dedication to soulful and electronic music in all its shapes is already astonishingly thorough. – Red Bull Elektropedia

Co-Founder of Bloom Hill Agency, resident hooligan at Kiosk Radio and The Word Magazine, Bonnefooi’s curator, Kreshik is also an hypnotising DJ whose main area of expertise leads you to a dreamy percussive journey. As a turntablist, he quickly rose to prominence for his infamous “Huveshta Rituals”.

Kreshik is named in reverence of a Czech cartoon mole, a symbolism that he loves to get down and dirty digging for worthy under- ground records just as moles love to dig holes. Nothing satisfies him more than being able to bring vinyls out from dusty old basements onto electrifying dance floors.

Praise and accolades of his sets have not only seen him play around Belgium, but also internationally, performing in cities such as Montreal, Taipei, Tehran, Warsaw, Berlin, Hanoi and Melbourne.
