Belgrade initiatives Runo and SUTRA / СУТРА gather for a night of contemporary electronics on two of Drugstore’s stages.

Black Seed is the alternate identity of Turin-based DJ and producer Matteo Viani. The project is a showcase of his excavations into the realm of tribal-tinged techno and live experimentation, released to date on Details Sound imprint with two EPs, one EP on Sign Bit Zero and your last EP is “Weirdness of Being” on Pinkman-Broken Dreams. The last appearance is on Worst Records with the track “Meta II” in Worst Greatest Hits Vol. 1, it will be released at the end of December ’19. Using the sharp edges of a raw, tribalistic robot funk sound as tools for crafting rhythm, Black Seed generates unsettling yet grooving scenarios, basemental bangers of danger dunked in smoke and hypnosis.
Black Seed will be accompanied by Drugstore’s Kӣr, who’s new release “Balčak” is coming out JAN 1 on Don’t DJ’s DISK label, then young producer and DJ AASKA, as well as one of the local secret weapon with tastiest taste, Kopri.
STAGE2 SUTRA label showcases

SUTRA gathers three of Belgrade’s labels fresh from the oven. It’s newly formed Minor Adjustments, run by Lil Taty and Bolelee, with their first release Anatema Vol.2 scheduled for DEC 22. Second label is Кепасапарадокс, run by Cuban Chamber of Commerce. Its first release is summoning local talent including forementioned Lil Taty, 7II, Cuban Chamber himself and more, and will be available around NYE. And last but not least, SUTRA is showcasing Ballin’ Tektics, run by Kevin Sin of Drill. Ghetto-tech and Electro in its core, the first release features Astytekk, Nasty King Kurl, G-Hadd, Dj Frankie, DJ これからの緊急災害, Terrorrythmus, Karawai Dj and more.
